Here are three body toning exercises for women at home, that will give you exceptional results in very little time.
Tone Inner Thighs: Thigh Lifts 1. Lay on your right side on a flat cushioned surface. Place your left palm flat on the floor, chest level. 2. Keep right leg fully extended, while bending left knee and placing foot flat on the floor in front of the right knee. 3. Flex right foot, and raise right leg as high as possible without straining. Do 12 reps on each side.
Tone Lower Tummy: Reverse Crunches 1. Lay flat on your back on a cushioned surface, with hands behind your head just like you would for a regular sit up. 2. Pull ankles, and knees together and raise them toward the ceiling. 3. Next slowly pull knees in towards your chest. 4. Return to starting position. Start with 10 reps, and build up to 20
Tushy Toner: Pelvic Thrusts 1. Lay on your back, arms to your side, palms flat on the floor. 2. Bend knees, and keep legs shoulder width apart. 3. Tighten buttocks, and press pelvis upward lifting butt and lower back off of the floor. 4. Count to five, and return to starting position. Start with 10 reps and work your way up to 20
These are just a few simple spot toning exercises that are meant to target problem areas. If you are currently in the process of getting back in shape, my advice would be to use a complete body toning routine combined with a cardio workout for ideal body sculpting in the smallest amount of time.
